Job Description
bluemedia is looking to hire a Project Manager. The project manager serves as the hub between the different departments within bluemedia and also the client. The responsibilities of this position include:
: Assist with and provide input for determining specifications for jobs
: Enter transactions into job flow software
: Process Orders
: Act as a liaison for the client to all other departments and management
: Ensure complete and accurate information for all transactions
: Schedule internal and external installations
: Assist with any complications that may arise
: Assist with other tasks related to finishing a project (measure items onsite/pickups/dropoffs/etc…)
: Assist assigned sales rep with other activities/tasks to keep rep focused on sales
: Assist with general client relations (answer phones/greet clients in lobby when required)
Requirements
: 2+ years experience in the workforce where resourcefulness is a daily requirement
: High School/G.E.D. equivalent education
: Experience in the Large Format Print industry is preferred
